1. Shipping Information

Calculated Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Carriers & Destinations

We ship across Canada and internationally using reliable carriers. 

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasional free-shipping promotions may be offered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the integrity of our professional inventory, the following policy applies.

Returnable Stock Items

(Yarn, Fibres, Tools)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Yarn must remain in its original skein/put-up and must not be wound, washed, or dyed
  • Tools must be returned unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Trackable shipping is strongly recommended

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Milled Yarns (produced specifically to order)
  • Textile Dyes (due to chemical sensitivity and contamination risk)

Exceptions

Returns of final sales will only be accepted if items were sent in error or arrive defective or damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

3. Taxes (Canadian Orders)

As a Quebec-based business, we collect applicable sales tax based on shipping destination:

  • Quebec: GST (5%) + QST (9.975%)
  • HST Provinces (ON, NB, NL, NS, PE): Applicable HST rate
  • GST Provinces/Territories (AB, BC, MB, SK, NT, NU, YT): GST (5%) and any applicable local requirements

Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.
